Vijay, on the other hand, had forwarded an official statement of his own about the same news - stating that he was unaware of such an initiative and said that he and his fans association had connection with the party, asking his fans not to join the party because it was started by his dad. He also mentioned that he would take appropriate consequential action if anyone uses his name or picture pertaining to any proceedings.
