Actress Nandita Swetha took to Twitter yesterday (September 19) to announce a sad news to her fans and well wishers. She said that her father had passed away at the age of 54. "This is to inform all my wellwishers that My father Mr.Shivaswamy aged 54 passed away today. May his soul rest in peace," read the Tweet.

She was last seen in Selvaraghavan's 'Nenjam Marappathillai' which starred SJ Suryah and Regina Cassandra in lead roles.
