RIP: KOLLYWOOD IN SHOCK AS RENOWNED PRODUCER WHO TESTED COVID POSITIVE PASSES AWAY!

V Swaminathan passed away in a private hospital at Chennai. Apparently, he had tested COVID positive, and was taking treatment for the same. His son, Ashwin of Kumki fame, who had recently got married, is also an actor. 

Swaminathan founded Lakshmi Movie Makers along with K. Muralidharan and G. Venugopal in 1994 and has been giving blockbusters ever since. Some classic movies from the production include Anbe Sivam, Pudhupettai amongst others with the recent being Sakalakala Vallavan.

2020 has not been such a great year in general, but obituaries in specific are immense when it has come to the entertainment field this year. 2020 has usurped a lot of talents here and abroad, with the later cases most of them pertaining to COVID deaths.
