He was recently seen in Raat Akeli Hai which was released on Netflix. In the film, the actor could be seen applying ‘Fair & Lovely’ cream on his face to make the colour of skin turn lighter - but what grabbed the headlines was when he admitted to have tried the same in real life too!
In an exclusive interview with Behindwoods, the actor has opened up that he indeed had tried turning his skin lighter applying the fairness cream but no miracles happened. Talking more about his achievements, he revealed several unknown interesting stories.
When Nawazuddin was asked what would he like to tell his younger self who just finished his film Sarfarosh, the actor replied “eat properly” is what I would like to say laughing off and saying that he looked extremely thin. We didn’t get proper food actually back then so do not wish to recall those days which were painful. Watch the full interview here -
