Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsRajinikanth would next be seen in Annaatthe, directed by Siva. It was announced that the film will be released on November 4 as a Deepavali release although one is not sure if this could change later owing to the pandemic situation.
Annaatthe is produced by Sun Pictures and also stars Nayanthara, Khushbu, Meena, Keerthi Suresh and Prakash Raj. D Imman composes the music. Filming for Annaatthe was temporarily postponed due to the threat of the coronavirus.
The motion poster for the film's title was released in February last year following the announcement of Rajinikanth's 168th film. The motion poster currently has over eight million views on social media. It has also received over six million views on YouTube. This is the first title motion poster to make such an achievement in India.
