At around 2 am, CCB produced the actress before the magistrate via video conferencing. The prosecution claimed CCB was able to interrogate her only for one of the three days she was in custody as the actress had complained of back pain. The CCB in its application has said that Ragini needs to be taken to various spots for inspection and that she needs to be questioned regarding her role in the drug case.

CCB has also alleged that she is not cooperating with the investigation and has deleted messages on her phone. “We wanted to find out dates, places where the parties were held. Who sold the drugs and who consumed them. We also told the court that we needed time to question her on her financials,” the CCB source added.

The actress's counsel has argued saying that the actress has been defamed because of her celebrity status and that vested interests are at work. Her counsel argues that though she attended the said parties in questions, she didn't consume drugs.
