LIKE PRAKASH RAJ OF GHILLI…

Vijay Sethupathi’s Dharmadurai is shaping up pretty well and producer Studio 9 Suresh updates about the same to behindwoods.

“We are completing the shoot in February. Sethupathi’s performance will be top class in the film and I was totally awestruck by the same. The mom-son sentiment scenes involving Radhika and Vijay Sethupathi have come out very well and the romantic portions involving  Tamannah and Vijay Sethupathi would be loved by the audience. 80% of the shoot is over. We are planning the audio release in March. Yuvan Shankar Raja and Vairamuthu’s combination will be majorly talked about in this film and the songs are extraordinarily good. We have shot in Thenkasi, Madurai, Theni, and Bangalore”.

On his acting endeavor which has gone on a top gear mode after Tharai Thappattai, Suresh discloses, “I have been approached with almost similar villain roles by many directors. After Bala’s film, people would expect me to do a performance oriented character only. I am ready to do any kind of roles, but at the same time, I don’t want to get slotted. I am looking at challenging scripts and would love to explore something on the lines of Kamal sir’s Chappani in 16 Vayadhinilae. I am willing to give in more than 100% to any character that I am committed to”.

On his other film Marudhu with Vishal, Suresh states, “Marudhu has turned out good. My role is different in the film where my character demanded a different kind of acting skills. It will be like Ghilli Prakash Raj. It is in the finishing stage and would be released in a few months”.

Suresh will also be working with Mysskin in a film directed by Chezhian.
