Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsIt has been speculated that Priya Anand and RJ Balaji might come together for the Tamil remake of Badhai Ho, which starred Ayushmann Khurrana in the original. The film dealt with what a family goes through when the parents have a kid at a considerably older age. The remake is said to be rolled by Valimai producer Boney Kapoor.
Priya and Balaji had earlier acted in LKG which was a decent success at the box office. Balaji last directed Nayanthara in Mookuthi Amman which released directly onto Disney + Hotstar and met with favourable reviews from some quarters.
Several Hindi films are up for a Tamil remake, chief among them Ayushmann Khurrana's Andhadhun which has been titled Andhagan in Tamil with Prashanth stepping into Khurrana's role. Simran plays the role that was essayed by Tabu in the original. Prashanth's father Thyigarajan directs the remake. Let's see how these remakes pan in Tamil.
