PRASHANTH TO STAR IN TAMIL REMAKE OF ANDHADHUN; DIRECTOR ANNOUNCED
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsSriram Raghavan’s Andhadhun starring Ayushmann Khurrana was one of the bonafide Hindi hits of recent times. The film also starred Radhika Apte and Tabu in pivotal roles and was well received at the box office.
The film is getting remade in Tamil with Prashanth in the lead. JJ Frederick who directed Jyothika’s Ponmagal Vandhaal takes up the directorial mantle in the Tamil version.
The film will be produced by Prashant's father, Thiagarajan under the home banner, Star Movies. Other details aren’t known at this point. Watch this space for more updates.
Prashanth was last seen on screens playing Ram Charan’s elder brother in Vinaya Vidheya Rama, which unfortunately met with excessive negative reviews and bombed at the box office. He was paired opposite Sneha in the film.
