FIRST MOVIE TO BE RE-RELEASED IN THEATRES POST LOCKDOWN ANNOUNCED!
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsThe Coronavirus outbreak had almost halted the entire system for a long time which also includes the cinema halls and other public places as well. The theatres had been closed since March and now, as part of Unlock 5, the Government has set new rules which also includes the reopening of the theatres from October 15.
As the theatres are gearing up to re-open its doors, there are many films which are expected to announce its theatrical releases soon. Saying that, the first film which is going to be re-released in the theatres is the biopic titled PM Narendra Modi, headlined by Vivek Oberoi.
The film was originally released on May 24, 2019, after facing a string of controversies around elections in the country that year. Post which, the makers have made it official now to re-release the film on the first day itself - October 15.
