SHOCKING: POPULAR FILM DIRECTOR CRITICAL - HOSPITALIZED IN HYDERABAD

Nishikant Kamat had reportedly suffered from Liver Cirrhosis earlier in the past and that has now relapsed. He was immediately rushed to the hospital in Hyderabad, as his condition worsened.

Nishikant Kamat is popular for films like Ajay Devgn’s ‘Drishyam’, ‘Madaari’, ‘Mumbai Meri Jaan’ and many others. He had also acted in a handful of Marathi films that include ‘Saatchya Aat Gharat’ and many more.

He made his directorial Debut was the Marathi movie ‘Dombivali Fast’ which released in 2005. The movie won critical acclaim and bagged the National Award for best feature film in Marathi, in the year 2006.
