The duo had started their own production company called "Parithabangal Productions" and finalised debutant director SAK to helm the project. They had announced that they would be playing the lead in this film which has been titled as Hey Money Come Today Go Tomorrow Ya.

The duo, through their Parithabangal YouTube Channel had announced that their film would be a crowd-funded one and appealed for funds from their fans and the public to make their film and had collected in excess of seven crores back then in December 2019. Recently, it was alleged that the duo were a part of a multi-crore scam along an app called Super Backer by promoting the app in their channel videos.

The duo has stated that the said app approached them for promotion and just like other similar businesses they promoted it and have no connection with its developers. They have also clarified that COVID 19 lockdown is the reason for delay in starting their upcoming movie Hey Money Come Today Go Tomorrow Ya.
