For the unversed, here's what you need to know about the show - It is the story of four brothers, Murthy, Jeeva, Kadhir and Kannan. Murthy tells Dhanam early in the marriage that he doesn’t want to have a baby because he has to take care of his three brothers and their ailing mother. Dhanam also accepts this.
Murthy's elder brother Jeeva is getting married to his uncle's daughter Mullai. But Jeeva falls in love with his boss’ daughter Meena. Thus, his brother Kathir gets married to Mullai. Although the two grudgingly enter the marriage, soon enough, things start getting better.
With Meena delivering a baby and her father sending in relatives to take care of his daughter, complications arise courtesy of her aunt's arrival. While Meena comes to know of her aunt's deceit, she drives her out of the house. Now the latest plot that runs is that Bagyalakshmi, a relative of the family (from Bagyalakshmi serial) visits the house, and how she changes some last minute plans of Janardhanan, Meena's father -
