Ever since the news of Karthi and Jyothika (his sis-in-law) to act together in Malayalam filmmaker Jeethu Joseph (of Papanasam fame) next was announced, the fans are eagerly waiting to get the latest updates.
And now, there is an interesting update on the cast. The ‘Kadaikutty Singam’ actor took to his social media and announced that there is a new addition to their yet-to-be-titled film. He posted two pics and wrote, “. @Nikhilavimal1 joins us in Ooty today. Welcome to the team :-)”

The Kidaari actress also took to her social media and confirmed that she would be playing Karthi’s love interest in the film. She wrote, ‘Nw this is really something. It’s a long awaited comeback to the Tamil industry.I’m glad pairing with @Karthi_Offl in a #JeetuJoseph movie. So honoured.”

The yet to be titled film will see Sathyaraj playing the role of Jo and Karthi’s father. The movie has the famous ‘96’ film’s music sensation, Govind Vasantha, Rensil D’Silva and Manikandan for script works. Bankrolled by Viacom 18 and Parallel Minds Productions, the film is expected to hit the screens by October 2019.
