This week, 5 big releases were lined up as a summer treat for fans. Vishal’s Ayogya, Jeeva’s Kee, Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi, Atharvaa’s 100 and Jai’s Neeya 2 were all set for their theatrical releases worldwide.
Sadly, the release date of one movie from the lot has been pushed further away and the reason is also here. Neeya 2 is an upcoming Tamil fantasy film directed by Suresh and produced by Jumbo Movies. Starring Jai, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Raai Laxmi, Catherine Tresa, Neeya 2 is a movie about snakes that take human form for revenge.
The movie’s release date is said to have been been further pushed to May 24 citing that the change of date is because of the requests by the distributors of the film. The rest of these 4 films are all set for their release.
Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi, Atharvaa’s 100 will have their releases on May 9. On May 10, Vishal’s Ayogya and Jeeva’s Kee will hit screens. Thus a list of movies are all set to engage the fans over the weekend.
