IS NAYANTHARA’S MOOKUTHI AMMAN HEADED FOR A DIRECT OTT RELEASE?
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsMookuthi Amman, directed by RJ Balaji, and starring Nayanthara in the lead, had created a lot of curiosity when it was announced. It was the first time Nayan would be seen in an Amman role, the genre of which itself was a return to Tamil cinema.
However, as with many releases, there have been rumours that the movie would head for a straight, OTT release. We have learnt that this piece of information is false and Mookuthi Amman, as and when it releases, will be in the theatres only.
Nayan has a slew of projects in her hand including Netrikann, Kathuvakkula Rendu Kadhal amidst others. RJ Balaji and Nayanthara had acted together in Naanum Rowdy Thaan.
As far as RJ Balaji is considered, he wears many hats - RJ, director, script writer, activist and more, and never fails to keep us in splits with his easy humour.
