MYSSKIN'S INTENSE REVIEW OF THIS UPCOMING FILM - "FELT LIKE I WAS HIT WITH A SLIPPER.."

Mysskin confessed that he was initially sceptical about the film, despite winning critical praise "(Director) Ram called me and recommended this film, and told me that a lady (Priya Krishnaswamy) has made a film that we all aspire for and I did not believe him. During that time, I hadn't slept for three days and I woke up to watch the film with a severe headache. Going by the talk, I thought it will be an art film."

"When I saw the director, she was clad in a lungi and T-shirt, and I came to a conclusion that she doesn't know how to make films, and felt why I should watch her film. But Ram always recommends good films since he reads a lot of literature, and when I heard Vetri Maaran is presenting the film, I was surprised. I felt that they were lured by the makers."

But after watching the film, Mysskin felt that his notions regarding Baaram vanished into thin air. "During the film, I was cured of my headache and it felt like I was hit with a slipper for two reasons. One, it made me question my filmmaking and two, the film reminded me of my parents."

Mysskin was all praise for Priya Krishnaswamy "I was speechless after watching Baaram, and I stopped drinking years ago, or else things would have gone out of control. I'd have gotten drunk and would have stepped inside her house to bow down and say 'Sridevi, you made us look like Moodevi'." Moved by the film, Mysskin felt that he will stick posters for this film.
