He earned his tag Agila Ulaga Superstar after his hilarious spoof on Tamil cinema's portrayal in Thamizh Padam and its sequel which is directed by C.S. Amudhan.
The actor has a number of projects lined up in his pipeline - Sumo, Venkat Prabhu’s Party, a film with director Rambhala of ‘Dhilluku Dhuddu’ fame which is said to be titled as Idiot and looks like he has now bagged yet another interesting film.
Yes, the first look and the title of the film was released to everyone’s surprise as a Diwali treat and guess what, it has even more stirred up our excitement level to its peak.
For the first time, Shiva will be teaming up with Yogi Babu and the film is titled as Saloon with a tag that reads “Ella Mayirum Onnudhan". Written and directed by Muthukumaran, the film is bankrolled by Inder Kumar under the banner Redhan. Stay tuned!
