Director Rathna Kumar who has directed the upcoming film Meyaadha Maan starring Vaibhav and Priya Bhavani Shankar, shared about a very special incident that happened recently. Meyaadha Maan’s teaser and ‘Thangachi’ song have been getting a positive word from watchers.

On this note, Rathna Kumar has reportedly walked into T. Rajendar’s house without an appointment to show him his Thangachi song. Explaining the incident through his social media account Rathna Kumar posted, “I didn't get any appointment. It was more like a Walk-in. Went to T.R sir house showed our #Thangachisong. and this is what he said. such a lovely human being. Thanks a lot sir. T.R "The Man of sentiment".

T. Rajendar, on hearing the song had given a video byte. In this video he said, “This Thangachi song is very natural and the lyrics are simple yet beautiful. I usually don’t give video bytes but I felt like giving it for the Thangachi song. The complexity does not matter, if it’s simple and it connects to the listener, that is the victory of the song.”
