Meenakshi Dileep recently celebrated her 21st birthday with her father Dileep and step-mother Kaavya Madhavan. Meenakshi chose to live with her father post her parents separating. It is not yet known what the young girl wants to do, career-wise.
Both her parents are bonafide superstars of the Malayalam industry. Her mother Manju Warrier made strides in Tamil cinema as well with Dhanush’s Asuran which recently picked up two National awards – Best actor for Dhanush and Best film - Tamil.
One of the last few films of Dileep was Ramaleela. Directed by debutant Arun Gopy, the political thriller also featured Prayaga Martin, Radhika Sarathkumar and Kalabhavan Shajohn in pivotal roles and put up a good performance at the box office. Dileep has a plethora of projects in hand, so does Manju Warrier.
