Sharing the poster, Mahesh wrote –

In case, you didn’t know, Ashok is the son of Mahesh Babu's sister Padmavathi and politician Jayadev Galla. Nidhhi Agerwal, Jagapathi Babu, Naresh, Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji, and Satya will also be seen in Hero, touted to be an action thriller.
A 59-second teaser was released which showed Ashok dressed in a cowboy look. We also see Ashok, dressed as the Joker and looking into a mirror. He also delivers the iconic ‘Why so serious?’ dialogue.
Hero is directed by Sriram Adittya. Fans of Mahesh Babu are supporting Ashok in large numbers. Hero is produced by Padmavathi under Amara Raja Media & Entertainment. Our own Ghibran scores music.
