The film was bankrolled by Ravindhar Chandrasekaran under the banner Libra Productions. Ravindhar is a close friend of Kavin, who is a part of this year's Bigg Boss. In an exclusive interview with Behindwoods, he spoke about Kavin's strategy and performance till now. 

When asked if Kavin has a girlfriend, Ravindhar said: "I can say one thing for sure, Kavin has a girlfriend. I'm sure about that. I don't know who it is, but he has one. I've listened while he was speaking to his girlfriend. 

In addition to this, he also mentioned that Kavin has very few friends. "Even in the industry, he has very few friends. His true friends are those who are associated with him for the past 10-12 years. He clearly separates them from his professional life," added Ravindhar.
