The positive number of cases are rapidly increasing each day, while several are coming out of the situation after being treated some could not make it.
The latest saddening news is that veteran Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar’s younger brother, Aslam Khan, passed away at the early hours on Friday, August 21. He had diabetes, hypertension and ischaemic heart disease. He had tested positive for Covid-19. The news of his death was confirmed by Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai.
Actor Dilip’s two brothers, Aslam and Eshan Khan, were admitted to Lilavati Hospital last Saturday after they complained of breathlessness and then was rushed to the hospital. Both of them had tested positive for Covid-19.
They were immediately admitted at the coronavirus ward of the hospital. Their oxygen saturation had dropped below 80% reportedly. While they remained critical, one of the brothers Aslam succumbed to Covid. Condolences for the bereaving family have been pouring in!
