Preliminary work for the upcoming film starring Karthi is in full swing. GV Prakash scores the music. Karthi 22 has been named 'SARDAR' and apparently Raashi Khanna and Rajisha Vijayan will be teaming up with the actor.
The film is produced by Prince Pictures. George C Williams and Ruben would be in charge of the cinematography and editing, respectively. Karthi was last seen on screens in Sulthan which was directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan who had earlier directed the Sivakarthikeyan starrer Remo. Rashmika Mandanna played the female lead.
