SUPERSTAR RAJNIKANTH'S CO-STAR DEBUTS INTO THE DIGITAL WORLD!

Meanwhile, the actress, Huma made her debut into the digital world with Netflix Original series, ‘Leila’. Directed by Deepa Mehta, Shanker Raman and Pawan Kumar, the Indian dystopian drama web television series has unveiled the first look and the release date of the series.

Taking to her social media, Huma tweeted the first look and wrote, “Will you join me? #Leila, coming soon”. The web series is based on the 2017 eponymous novel by Prayaag Akbar. Leila revolves around the story of Shalini, who tries to find her missing daughter in a totalitarian region in near future.

Written by Urmi Juvekar, the series also features Siddharth, Rahul Khanna, Sanjay Suri and Arif Zakaria apart from Huma. A teaser was launched on 8 March and the six-episode series will premiere on 14 June, 2019.
