Naan Sirithal follows the life of Gandhi (Hiphop Tamizha), who is only capable of laughing whatever the situation may be. This changes people's perspective about him and whether he is able to change himself, or how he adapts to the lifestyle without hurting other's sentiments is what the film can be expected to be about.
