Produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under the banner AK Entertainments in association with G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment, Sarileru Neekevvaru features music composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The film also features “Lady Amitabh” Vijayashanthi’s comeback after a decade.

Recently, the team officially released a video lyrical of a song featured in the film. Titled 'He's so Cute', the song is crooned by Madhu Priya with lyrics written by Srimani. Devi Sri Prasad had announced that the makers will be releasing songs from the album every Monday during December 2019. 

On the technical front, Sarileru Neekevvaru is shot by ace cinematographer R. Rathnavelu, who had previously shot films such as Endhiran and Rangasthalam, while Tammiraju handles the cuts.
