Harish Kalyan is on cloud 9 after the response to his latest blockbuster Dharala Prabhu. Critics and audiences alike have been calling the film his best performance till date. Recently, Behindwoods had an exclusive tete-a-tete with the promising actor. Among the many things that were discussed, the star spoke about what he considered the toughest about his profession from his point of view.

Harish Kalyan says he finds dancing tough dharala prabhu

“I find dancing sequences a bit tough. I get all anxious as though I am giving a test. Though, people have been telling me that I pull it off and come across as a good dancer (laughs),” he told us.

He also spoke about his turning point and picked Poriyalan to be the same. We also quizzed him as to what sort of an actor he is and this is what he has to say: People give a lot of labels. Even I don’t understand it completely. They say someone is a method actor. Someone else is a switch on switch off actor. I guess I would come close to switch on switch off technique.

Addressing nepotism, the actor said things need to be taken in stride. “For every Vijay, you also have someone like Vijay Sethupathi or Thala Ajith. Even if you get a chance because of your contacts, sustaining is tough. It all boils down to your destiny.”

His upcoming projects include the Tamil remake of Vijay Deverakonda's Telugu hit Pelli Choopulu and a film with director Sasi of Poo fame.
