EXCLUSIVE: PARITHABANGAL DUO GOPI AND SUDHAKAR’S NEXT FEATURE FILM IS A BIGGIE!

The duo was recently trending across Social media platforms, as their next feature film marks Asia’s biggest crowd-funded movie, with over 25,000 producers. The movie is titled ‘Hey Money Come Today Go Tomorrow Ya” and is helmed by debutant SAK, under their own banner Parithabangal productions.

Speaking about the movie in an exclusive telephonic interview with Behindwoods, director SAK said “We have utilized this lockdown to its fullest potential by finalizing our script, few rewrites of scenes. We are planning to make a movie which would require a huge budget usually, in the available sources we have. So the team has hired technicians who are craft masters in handling these types of projects without affecting the final output. Our movie will use cutting edge technologies and new innovations in the field of CGI to deliver a visual treat for the audiences.”

Speaking about the shooting of the movie, he said “We are currently looking at the possibilities. Right now, completing pre-production is our priority. Going on floors will be decided once we are near the completion of this stage.”

When asked about the release of the movie and the possibility of a year-end release, SAK said “Definitely not by this year-end. This movie is a large scale one. I can't explain how big since it will give away the element of surprise to the audience. But trust me, it won't be the usual run of the mill kind.”

The cast of the movie is yet to be finalized, and it is touted that the team is trying to rope in seasoned actors from the industry to play crucial roles in the movie, along with GoSu and has music by Jake Bejoy. The movie, which has a lot of VFX and CG work has Sendil.B supervising the VFX, who has also worked in biggies such as ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’, ‘Dasavathaaram’, ‘Viswaroopam 2’ and ‘Kadaaram Kondan’, along with other movies.
