GITANJALI SELVARAGHAVAN REVEALS WHY SHE MISSED 'PUDHUPETTAI' FDFS, AND HOW THE FILM BECAME AN INTEGRAL PART OF HER LIFE!
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsOne of the most celebrated directors is undoubtedly director Selvaraghavan who is also actor Dhanush’s brother. He is known for several hits and his announcement on his Pudhupettai 2 project came as a surprise news for fans last year.
On the personal front, the director is spending his quality time with his family - wife Gitanjali and two kids (a daughter named Leelavathi and son named Omkar). The couple got married in 2011 and had recently welcomed their third child.
Pudhupettai celebrates 15 years of its release as of 26th May this year, and Gitanjali Selvaraghavan has shared how Pudhupettai was an integral part of her graduation. Recalling about the time of the movie's release, she said - "Didn’t go FDFS because I think I had college and couldn’t bunk. But remember watching with a bunch of my friends few days later and was blown away. Went on to go to Sheffield for my masters in film production and post production and did my final term dissertation on the movie."
