Actor Gautham Karthik would be teaming up with debut director Arun Chandran for a new film and the announcement regarding the same was made this evening. This new film has been titled as 'Chellappillai'.
The title look poster of the film was released by Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, who shares a good rapport with Gautham Karthik. The duo were seen together in Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren.
Chellappillai will have Mynaa and Kumki fame cinematographer Sukumar working on the visuals, while Miracle Michael has been roped in to choreograph the stunts. Soori will be taking care of the humour in this film.
The film is bankrolled by Chandaraa Arts, in association with Whiteline Productions.
