Priya Bhavani Shankar is among the busiest actresses around. She was in the media before making the jump to television and now the world of movies. She gained mileage as a news reader, then played the lead in the TV serial – Kadhal Mudhal Kalyanam Varai and made her silver screen debut with Meyyadhamaan which was a sleeper hit at the box office. She was paired with Vaibhav in the feature.
