In a shocking turn of events, popular actor/ director/ lyricist Arunraja Kamaraj's wife Sindhuja has passed away and the cause of death has been reported as COVID-19.

Apparently she was affected by the virus recently, and it is touted that she was hospitalized when her condition became worse. It is being said that she failed to respond to treatments.

Condolences are pouring in for the bereaved director and his family. Arunraja Kamaraj began his career in the industry as a lyricist in Pizza, and his debut as an actor was with Raja Rani. His directorial debut was with Kanaa in 2018.
