Actor 'Mirchi' Shiva, known for his witty comedic skills, has turned screenwriter for his upcoming film 'Sumo', directed by S.P. Hosmin of 'February 14' fame. The actor is paired opposite Priya Anand for the second time after 'Vanakkam Chennai'.

Cinematographer Rajiv Menon posts a behind the scenes look from Mirchi Shiva's Sumo

The film's behind the scenes posters has created a lot of buzz in the social media circles as the snapshots feature Yoshinori Tashiro, a real-life Sumo wrestler from Japan, who will be playing a pivotal role in the film.

Apart from the leads, Sumo also features Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh and others in supporting roles and the music will be composed by Nivas K. Prasanna. The makers are currently canning important sequences in Japan.
