On the work front, he has a number of biggies lined up in his pipeline - Ajay Gnanamuthu’s Cobra, Gautham Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram, RS Vimal’s Mahavir Karna, Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan and a recent collaboration for the first time with his son, Dhruv which will be helmed by Karthik Subbaraj and is tentatively referred as Chiyaan 60.
Meanwhile, on the personal front too, the actor is currently riding high as he has welcomed a new member in his family. Yes, you read it right, his daughter, Akshita is said to have delivered a baby girl yesterday (November 9).
For the unversed, Akshita got hitched to Manu Ranjith (grandson of late chief minister Karunanidhi) in 2017. The wedding pics had gone viral back then. On the other hand, Vikram's son, Dhruv made his acting debut with Adithya Varma, remake of the Telugu super hit Arjun Reddy. Congratulations have been pouring in for the young couple and the new grandpa in town!
