The popular reality show Bigg Boss is hosted by Kamal Haasan and this season started with 16 contestants after the late entry of Meera Mitun. Each contestant can nominate two other contestants for elimination in a week and the contestants with the highest nominations end up in the eviction list.

The contestants in the eviction list can be saved by the votes cast by the viewers of the show. The contestant with the least number of votes, gets evicted. Fathima Babu was evicted first, followed by Vanitha Vijayakumar very recently.

In the nomination process for this week, except for Saravanan, Sakshi and Meera herself, all the other 11 contestants had nominated Meera Mitun. The other contestants who are in the eviction list this week includes Cheran, Saravanan and Mohan Vaidya.
