The film recently turned a year older and we bet you hadn't heard of this trivia before. Before Bhumika was signed on for the role of Aishwarya alias Aishu, Asin was considered first. Reportedly, the young lady didn't find enough meat in her characterisation and let go off the offer.
It is being said that since she never signed on the dotted line, the same couldn't be taken as she having quit the project.
As far as professional end of things are concerned, Suriya's upcoming big release is Soorarai Pottru, directed by Sudha Kongara, with music by GV Prakash. Aparna Balamurali is the leading lady. The movie is scheduled for a direct OTT release on September 30 and stream on Amazon Prime Video.
