Anirudh and Vijay have worked on films like ‘Kaththi’ and ‘Master. Songs from both films were welcomed well. They are coming together for BEAST as well which is directed by Nelson and produced by Sun Pictures. Pooja Hegde plays the leading lady.

Anirudh reveals favourite song of Vijay in Twitter spaces

On account of Vijay’s birthday, June 22, everyone’s been gushing about the star and Anirudh said that his favourite song featuring Vijay was ‘Arjunanin Villu’ from Ghilli that was directed by Dharani and starred Trisha as the female lead. Vidyasagar had composed music for the film.

Adding that he listens to that song while travelling, Ani said that he would like to remix it just like how he did ‘Kabaddi’ for Master. Ani also let us in on that post listening to ‘Kutty Story’ from Master, Vijay invited him onto the sets and presented him with a gold chain.

Ani is also joining hands with Lokesh Kanagaraj for Vikram that stars Kamal Haasan, Prabbhudeva and Fahadh Faasil in the lead besides others. He has several other projects lined up including Sivakarthikeyan's Doctor which is helmed by Nelson.
