He has worked with all the biggies in the industry - Rajini, Vijay, Ajith and now, with Kamal in Indian 2. In a recent Instagram live session, he opened up about his experience working with Shankar in his next movie, ‘Indian 2’.
Speaking about the director, he said “If I’m a fan of any director, it is Shankar sir. We all have grown up watching his films Kadhalan, Gentleman till Sivaji and Enthiran. It is an amazing experience working with such a big director like him. He makes everyone feel so comfortable. He is like a dear friend and brother to me."
He also said that ‘Indian 2’ will be a film that is close to his heart, and a special one. The movie stars Ulagayanagan Kamal Haasan playing the lead, along with Rakul Preet, Kajal Agarwal, Siddharth and Priya Bhavani Shankar playing crucial roles, with Anirudh donning the musician’s hat.
