For the Kollywood audiences, yes, he is the one who plays the role of Pakshi Rajan or the destroyer/villain in Shankar’s magnum opus 2.0 that also featured Superstar Rajinikanth.
He had recently hit the headlines when reports of him suddenly returning to India from UK where he had gone for shooting his upcoming project did heavy rounds. He landed back to his country because of his mother's deteriorating health condition reportedly.
The actor's mother Aruna Bhatia is reportedly in the ICU at Mumbai's Hiranandani Hospital. The actor took to his social media and informed everyone, “Touched beyond words at your concern for my mom's health. This is a very tough hour for me and my family. Every single prayer of yours would greatly help.”
On the professional front, the actor was last seen in Bell Bottom with Lara Dutta, Huma Qureshi and Vaani Kapoor. It had a theatrical release last month. He has a number of biggies lined up in his pipeline - Atrangi Re, Bachchan Pandey, Sooryavanshi, Rakshan Bandhan, Ram Setu to name a few.
