In an exclusive interview with Behindwoods, actress Maanu, who played ‘Thilothama’ in the movie opened up about her acting experience with Thala and the movie.

Speaking about the movie, she said “It was an amazing experience for me, and I was really blessed to have an opening like that - an acclaimed director, big production house and of course, an amazing Co-star Ajith. The movie is still glorious, even after 22 years. All the credits will go to the team.”

Speaking about her experience with Thala, she said “Ajith is an extraordinary actor. He is very simple. I used to hang out with Ajith sir’s parents, during the recordings. He made me very comfortable during the shooting, as it was my first film. More than the good looks and his acting, he is a  very good human and has a pure soul. He is magical and I feel that’s why he is loved by all.”
