Apart from 'Kabilan' Arya, 'Vembuli' John Kokken, 'Dancing Rose' Shabeer Kallarakkal, another character which has been receiving all the praise is Rangan Vaathiyar, played by Actor Pasupathy. The actor has played roles in many notable films as a villain, supporting artist as well as a comedian and has carved a name for himself in the South Indian film industry.

The ace-actor has now issued a statement following the tremendous positive response for his role in the sports drama film. He also confirmed that he's not on any social media platform and that he's given the statement through his PRO.

The response has indeed been overwhelming. Set against the backdrop of Chennai boxing scene, the content has awed the audience who have been praising it.

Ranjith is a visionary who executes what he has on papers. Thanks to him for casting me as Rangan Vaathiyar, who has become an integral and an important part of my life and career. I am also glad and proud to have shared screen space with my dear friend Arya.
