The horror film to be directed by Ashwin Saravanan of Game Over fame is also speculated to have actor Prasanna in a pivotal role and is said to be made in both Telugu and Tamil. On the professional front, Sam’s recent release, Jaanu, a remake of Trisha-Vijay Sethupathi hit 96, garnered good reviews, but couldn’t set the box office on fire.
Prasanna, on the other, has been receiving plaudits for his role in Karthick Naren’s Mafia where he starred alongside Arun Vijay. Though receiving mixed reviews upon release, the movie is successfully running at the ticket window.
