Sanam is known for her active presence on Instagram, where she shares her lifestyle and recently, her opinions on the happening of Bigg Boss. After Tharshan's eviction, Sanam even recently posted saying that the eviction was unfair, which was agreed and supported by Tharshan's fans

And now, in her latest Instagram post, she has posted a piece of surprising information for her fans. She informed that she had been diagnosed with Tumor a few months back and that she had neglected it. She wrote: "now it's lead to complications, so this emergency surgery!" with a picture of her in a hospital bed beside her mother.
