As the country is facing the second wave of spike in Covid positive cases, there were several celebrities who had taken to their social media to share the news that they were tested positive for the virus and so on.
Now, actress Anjali has taken to her Twitter handle and came up with a clarification regarding her health. The statement read, “All my well-wishers, my friends and beloved fans, I am happy to inform you I have NOT tested positive for COVID.”
The statement further stated, “It came to my notice that some news articles/websites reported that I tested positive which is completely false. I am safe and healthy and doing absolutely well. Stay safe and Take care.”

On the professional front, Anjali will be next seen in 'Vakeel Saab' (the official Telugu remake of Thala Ajith’s Nerkonda Paarvai) which will feature Pawan Kalyan, Nivetha Thomas and Ananya Nagalla in prominent roles.
