JUST IN: POPULAR TAMIL ACTOR CHEENU MOHAN PASSES AWAY!

Popular actor and theater artist 'Cheenu' Mohan passed away early this morning (December 27) due to a massive heart attack.
 

Cheenu Mohan started his acting career with Crazy Mohan's stage plays and television shows. He became popular among the audience as Cheenu, the character name he played in Crazy Mohan's shows, which eventually helped him gain a recognition. He got a breakthrough with his important roles in films like Thalapathi and Anjali. Cheenu Mohan was also recently seen in Iraivi, Aandavan Kattalai, and Kolamaavu Kokila.

Crazy Mohan shared this news on his official Facebook page by saying, "It is with Heartfelt pain, We in Crazy Creations mourn the untimely passing away of CHEENU MOHAN this morning due to massive heart attack. He made millions forget their worries and laugh their heart out. As a trouper since inception of Crazy Creations in 1979, he reveled in well knit friendship with each and every one in the troupe. Cremation to take place on 29.12.18 in Anna Nagar. We pray for his AATHMA to get POORNA SHANTHI and NARGATHI."

The cremation and the final rituals will take place on December 29. We pray for the departed soul to rest in peace.
