Take the route from Pallikaranai through Medavakkam Koottu road. Reach Kilkattalai Signal through Kovilambakkam. Take the right turn that leads to Velachery railway station (Adambakkam to Velachery road). Leave your vehicle at the station and take the electric train to Chepauk. Autos are available from Chepauk station to Egmore.

 

As reported earlier Egmore has a travel agent corner from which you can take a bus to few destinations.
