25 years before, through the film En Kadhal Kanmani, the physical embodiment of sheer hard-work and dedication entered Thamizh cinema. Might have taken years or even a series of films to have got the right opportunity to show the long held potential within, but Vikram waited patiently for the right time. 

 

Thanks to director Bala, the phenomenon named Chiyaan Vikram reached the peak of stardom. Then no turning back to the method actor who is having 10 Endrathukulla releasing on the 21st of this month. Be it the crowd pleasing mass hero or the kind of roles that will make critics try so hard for phrases to describe his genius performance, Vikram is one actor who is loved by all for his brilliance on the screen and also for the kind of person he is. 

 

With no haters on the block, the extremely talented star almost had to let go the dream of becoming an actor because of an accident that made him bedridden for three long years. 

 

In a recently conducted Behindwoods exclusive interview, director Vijay Milton quoted an experience. He said, 'There was this knee specialist from Germany to whom Vikram's recent scan report was sent. The doctor was surprised to know this patient can walk and even more surprised that it was actor Vikram who had not just been walking around, but been acting in films. The doctor exasperatedly told me that, 'When I was expecting somebody in a wheelchair, how can this person walk into my clinic?

 

Made of steel, love and compassion for cinema, Vikram is a living example of confidence. So we take this moment to wish Kenny (Vikram's birth name) for lot more laurels and awards.
