Actor Vishnu Vishal talks about his upcoming Indru Netru Naalai
Indru Netru Naalai, directed by debutant Ravi Kumar, and starring Vishnu Vishal, Karunakaran and Mia George in the lead roles, is set for release on the 26th of June in about 325 screens worldwide. The film has been censored with a clean U and carries a run time of about 2 hours 25 mins inclusive of the beginning and end credits. When behindwoods had a quick chat with lead hero Vishnu, this is what the promising actor had to say.

"I first met Ravi Kumar on the sets of Mundasupatti and have known him since then. In Indru Netru Naalai, I play a young middle class lad called Elango who wishes to hit upon a visionary idea and start his own business and not get into a mundane daily job. Karuna plays my friend and he is an astrologer. What happens when both of us encounter a time machine is what the film all about.

Indru Netru Naalai would be relatable and easily understandable for the common man. Even though it is a new genre and time machine is something which is unseen of, the film would hit the right notes due to the humorous way we have treated it.

75% of the film would be humorous and even the chase scenes in the end would have a tinge of comedy. I was wondering how I would be able to react to something like a time machine as we haven't experienced it in real life, but when seeing the film, it has come out so realistically and naturally."

On signing off in an optimistic note, Vishnu says,

"I am sure that the film would be spoken about for its content. In my career so far, films like Vennila Kabaddi Kuzhu, Mundasupatti, Neer Paravai and Jeeva would be remembered even after many years. Indru Netru Naalai would join this list hopefully. Fingers crossed."

Good luck to Vishnu and team.
