Who is the fiery villain in Bala’s Thara Thappattai?

Bala’s Thara Thappattai based on Tamil Nadu’s folk art Karagam has begun. The 1^st schedule was completed in Chennai recently and the second one will happen in Tanjore soon.

The film has Sasikumar playing a 'nadaswara vidwan' for which the Subramaniapuram hero has shed his beard and is reported to be in a totally different look. Varalakshmi Sarathkumar is the lady lead.

Bala’s films have very fiery and sinister villains and in Thara Thappattai, Suresh of 'Studio 9' will play the baddie. Going by Bala's past history, this baddie also will have strong characterization. Stay tuned for more updates!
